Creative Super Happy Fun Retreat

About the project

In 2022, I planned and organized all aspects of an in-person retreat in Washington, D.C., gathering together 20 members of DCG’s creative department. I used my networking skills and relationships to secure a meeting space, get discounted hotel rooms, hire a guest speaker for a team building activity, orchestrate team events and an organized agenda, and score group tickets for Kusama’s Mirror Room exhibition at The Hirschhorn. The retreat was received with great praise from all attendees.

In addition to leading the retreat itself, I art directed a mini brand to ensure everything was cohesive and to give a unique and inviting personality to the event.
