The part where I talk about myself
After nearly two decades in the corporate design world, I’m now focused on freelance and contract work for mission-driven and values-based organizations.
Every text box and element is intentionally placed. Every image and color is chosen with care. I see design as a form of modern mark-making — where strategy meets imagination. I love how an abstract idea can travel from the mind to a blank canvas, taking shape while also serving a purpose or delivering a message. It’s a little bit process, a little bit intuition… and just enough magic.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art from Messiah University with a concentration in graphic design. I have extensive years of graphic design and art direction experience in the industry. My keen eye for detail and love for typography can be seen throughout my work.
Residing currently in Alexandria, VA, and having grown up as a Navy brat, I’m an East Coast gal through and through. I’m a BLT lover and a chai snob. Behind the scenes, I enjoy traveling, picnics, hiking, and homemade pizza parties with my family.
I’m also open about living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and run marathons despite that card being dealt. Read my inspiring story here.
